  • To create a working environment in which people feel that they can and should contribute.
  • To have a working environment that genuinely generates, and keeps generating, value for the organization.
  • To greatly diminish holding back, whether conscious or unconscious and to overcome silence as being the default option.

In a business environment that is increasingly dependent on creativity to drive competitive advantage, it’s imperative that we enable our employees to be truly creative. Many organizations no longer derive value purely from driving efficient processes and standardization and so we need to create a working environment that can serve as the power source behind our creativity. We need our employees to not only show up to work but to fully engage, to play to win rather than play not to lose. One factor that can support a healthy working environment is that of Psychological Safety
